Samantha Graham

Sam joined AIP in 2024 with 20 years of experience in marketing, product, and brand management. She has extensive experience managing complex portfolios and leading new product development projects, including 13 years at 3M in the Consumer, Safety, and Automotive divisions. Sam also worked at Twining’s, leading the Superblends brand and driving innovation in new tea launches, as well as Project Consultancy for Johnson & Johnson. After relocating to Norfolk in 2022, she worked at UEA Norwich Business School and built strong connections with the local business community.

She now aims to use her commercial experience to support entrepreneurs and startups at Norwich Research Park, developing programs to enhance peer-to-peer connectivity, build external partnerships with service providers, business advisors and investors, and address skill gaps for early-stage funding success.
