Cansu Bayindirli

Cansu joined Anglia Innovation Partnership in 2025 as the Science Collaboration Manager, focusing on the biomedical sector. In this essential role, she facilitates collaboration between researchers and the broader business community, both on and off the Norwich Research Park, and supports the delivery of the vision for the Park campus.

Cansu holds an MPhil in Microbial Oceanography from the University of East Anglia (UEA) and an MSc in Marine Biology from Turkey. Before joining AIP, Cansu worked at UEA and ran her own consultancy company, specialising in stakeholder engagement in climate change adaptation and mitigation, as well as impacts of climate change on health and wellbeing.
