Jonathan Burroughs

Jonathan is a real estate professional with a passion for place making and community development in the research/R&D sectors.  Jonathan understands how a place can help build research excellence, knowledge transfer and highly productive R&D through the development of social capital as well as physical assets.

Jonathan led initiatives to create and grow places including Cambridge Biomedical Campus and ‘Corridor Manchester’, and has helped create visions for the British Library Site, King’s Cross and Guy’s Hospital, London Bridge.

Jonathan said “I believe we need to work with nature to mitigate and cope with climate change and to help develop a healthier nation.
